Coaching

1-on-1 Coaching

This is not therapy. It is not consulting. It is not mentoring. It is coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

It is a focused partnership between you, a growth-hungry leader, and a coach who knows how to listen and ask questions that help you think differently. You choose the topic. The insights come from within you. You leave empowered to move forward. The coach holds the space, challenges your thinking, and ensures every conversation helps you achieve your goal.

That is the ICF model of professional coaching and it works because self-discovered awareness, paired with deliberate action steps and consistent follow through helps you achieve measurable growth.

How it works

Begin with a free 60-minute Discovery Session to clarify your goal and identify a coaching focus. A coaching series of 3 to 12 sessions, meeting every two weeks for 60 minutes each, typically follows the Discovery Session. Each conversation builds on the last, creating momentum that compounds over time.

Group Coaching

The collective wisdom sitting around your table is waiting to be unlocked.

Group coaching brings a team of 5 to 10 people into a focused conversation around a shared challenge, goal, or opportunity. Every person in the room brings a unique combination of personality, experience, and perspective. The role of the coach is to hold the space, ask the questions that surface what the group already knows, ensure every voice is heard, and keep the conversation moving toward clarity and action.

The result is collective insight that no individual in the room could have arrived at alone.

This is not a workshop. It is not a training session. It is not a consultant telling your team what to do. It is your team discovering together what they are fully capable of with the awareness and deliberate action steps to prove it.
